Dr. Moore specializes in neurotology and skull base surgery. This includes the evaluation of balance disorders, facial nerve
disorders, all types of hearing loss and tinnitus. He provides cochlear implants and implantable hearing aids, and cares for patients
afflicted with Bell's palsy, acoustic tumors and other tumors of the skull base. He has a special interest in the medical evaluation
and/or surgical treatment of patients with dizziness.
Dr. Moore is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He received
his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, Omaha, in 1979.

He completed his surgical internship in Des Moines, Iowa and a residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Nebraska Medical
Center, Omaha. Following 5 years of general Ear, Nose and Throat practice, he completed a fellowship in Otology, Neurotology and Skull
Base surgery at the University of Zurich in Switzerland with Professor Ugo Fisch.
Dr. Moore is a full professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical
Center. He is co-director of the Center for Skull Base Surgery Team at UNMC and is Director of the Microsurgical Dissection Laboratory at
UNMC. He is active in numerous ENT and Neurotology organizations. He has published over 50 articles and written several chapters in
Medical journals and texts.

Dr. Moore provides care for general ear, nose and throat disorders in both children and adults. Amongst services provided are
tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, ear tubes, thyroid disease, sinus disease, nasal airway problems, head and neck masses, sleep apnea
and snoring. Dr. Moore is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Nebraska
College of Medicine, Omaha, in 1979, and completed a surgical internship at Des Moines Veterans Hospital, Des Moines, Iowa.
Her three-year residency in otolaryngology was accomplished at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, after which she
completed a fellowship in otology with Professor Ugo Fisch in Zurich, Switzerland.

Dr. Morrow has an extensive clinical background working at both UNMC and private practice in Washington State. She is highly regarded
as an audiologist throughout the region. She has extensive experience in cochlear implants, evaluation and programming. She provides
professional hearing aid evaluation and custom fitting for programmable and implantable hearing aids. She provides intraoperative monitoring
for neurotology and neurosurgical operations.
She holds a Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and a Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.). She is
a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Dick joined Central Plains ENT in 2004. She conducts both basic and advanced hearing and balance diagnostic testing. She
provides professional vestibular evaluations, basic pediatric auditory evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and custom fitting for
programmable and implantable hearing aids. Also, provides outreach clinical services, hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings in
Missouri Valley IA.
Dr. Dick holds a Master of Science degree and a Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She is a
fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
